Spicy fish stew with cod head
When I went to the Korean supermarket, there was a cod head, so I bought two packs, and I was going to make steamed cod head, but I made spicy fish stew. I added radish and bean sprouts, and it was cool and spicy, so it tasted good.

I bought 2 packs of Daegu hair.

Prepare cod head, pumpkin, kelp, bean sprouts, green onions, garlic, ginger, red pepper powder, soy sauce, and salt.

Cut the vegetables.

Add radish and kelp to make broth.
STEP 5/10
When 4 starts to boil, stir in the kelp.

Put the cod head in 5 and boil it for a while.

Make a sauce by adding mirin, garlic, ginger, salt, and soy sauce to red pepper powder.

Add 3 vegetables to 6.

Put the sauce in 8 and 7 and bring it to a boil.
STEP 10/10
The cool and spicy cod head spicy fish stew is completed.
