Boil and peel the eggs and prepare them.

Prepare flour, egg water, and bread crumbs. I used to put parsley powder in bread crumbs.

Put the boiled quail eggs evenly on the flour.

Pour enough oil into the pot and fry quail eggs when the oil temperature rises. Remove bread crumbs as soon as they turn golden.

Place the finished hot dog in a bowl. If you put skewers on it, it'll look more like a hot dog. Eat your taste with ketchup or potato sauce. The salty and sweet potato sauce goes well with quail eggs. Next time, I'll try marinating quail eggs in soy sauce. I didn't season it separately, so it's bland when I need sauce. For hot dogs, ketchup is the best. This is a pretty good combination.
