STEP 1/15
First, take a shower with cold tap water.
STEP 2/15
I gently washed the remaining pesticide with panacea baking soda, which might have remained in the pepper.
STEP 3/15
Please remove the tip while washing.
STEP 4/15
Add two tablespoons of flour to the cleanly bathed kkari peppers. Then, mix well so that the dough is evenly coated.
STEP 5/15
You have to mix it with water to make it sticky, right? If the water is dry, flood it once and take it out and mix it with flour.
STEP 6/15
Put the well-mixed kkari in a steamer
STEP 7/15
Cover and steam over high heat for about 5 minutes.
STEP 8/15
Chop the garlic, onion, green onion and red pepper while the curls cook deliciously in the steamer.
STEP 9/15
After 5 minutes, I opened the lid and found that the curls were cooked very well. Don't steam too much, just steam until the dough is moistened. If you steam it too much, it gets soft and the texture is not good.
STEP 10/15
Remove the well-steamed kkari peppers from the bowl while hot and blow them off one by one with chopsticks.
STEP 11/15
Since it's cooled down, shall we add the sauce and mix it? Put the chopped onions, green onions, and garlic in a bowl.
STEP 12/15
Fish sauce and soy sauce. 1T each
STEP 13/15
1T for chili powder and 1T for perilla oil
STEP 14/15
Sprinkle sesame seeds and pepper, too.
STEP 15/15
Now that the kkari and the sauce are together, mix them well and put them in a pretty bowl, and you're done! :)
When mixing the flour, mix it while it is wet
Mix flour dough evenly so that it doesn't lump
Add more fish sauce if you need more seasoning
Steam until the flour dough is cooked. If you steam it too much, the curls will get soft and the texture is not good.
