Samchi dish :: Making delicious braised mackerel
Samchi bought from E-Mart T-Daders, I bought it ambitiously to grill the fish, but I don't know. It tastes a lot worse than mackerel. to study ways to eat more deliciously with one's husband I made it with boiled food.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Shred the onions in half-moon shape of radish, and chop the peppers and green onions.
It's good to cut the radish into 1.5 to 2cm thin pieces!

Samchi is a fish that doesn't smell a lot of fish
I applied Cheongju (Mirim) in advance to remove the smell.(Prevention)

Red pepper powder 3, soy sauce 4, cooking wine 2, minced garlic 1, a little pepper, and a little sugar
I make the sauce.
