Making Butter Ring Cookies
Basic buttering cookie making recipe! I made it more luxurious by putting chocolate on the buttering cookies! It's 24 pieces

  • Soft flour
    130g
  • Sugar powder
    60g
  • Butter
    90g
  • Salt
    1g
  • an egg white
    30g
  • Vanilla essence
    2g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Gently whisk butter at room temperature
STEP 2/9
Add salt and sugar powder and whisk together
STEP 3/9
Add egg whites and mix gently (use pre-temperature eggs as they may separate if they are cold at this time)
STEP 4/9
Add the sifted flour and mix as if cutting with a spatula
STEP 5/9
Place the dough in a piping bag
STEP 6/9
Squeeze into appropriate size in cookie pan Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes
STEP 7/9
Prepare chocolate and pistachio as decorative ingredients
STEP 8/9
Cover the chocolate with half a cookie
STEP 9/9
Sprinkle pistachio on top and you're done!!
If the dough is too thick, add a small amount of milk

    Thank you for the good information. What did I do wrong? It's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I baked it at 180C for 16 minutes.. But the kids said it was delicious and ate it up quickly^^
