STEP 1/10
It's dried daikon that I dried in autumn..
STEP 2/10
So that the dried daikon is soft
Soak it in water for a while and wash it a couple of times (within 5 minutes)
* If you soak it for too long, the sweetness goes away and it doesn't taste good..
STEP 3/10
Soak the dried red pepper leaves a little bit..
STEP 4/10
Squeeze the dried radish into the water
Add sand lance extract and brewed soy sauce
Leave the dried radish to soak up the taste (taste and adjust)
* If you enjoy salted fish, you can use anchovy sauce.
STEP 5/10
I'm going to make dried radish sauce.
Red pepper powder, oligosaccharide, plum juice, rice syrup, garlic
You can get ready.
STEP 7/10
When the sauce is ready, put it in the dried radish
Add the soaked red pepper leaves.
STEP 8/10
Let's taste it's... If you have anything to add, add..
*I think my house eats a little sweet.
*It tastes similar to Namdaemun Golden Jokbaljip.
STEP 9/10
Sesame seeds at the end
STEP 10/10
Seasoned daikon is complete
If you soak the dried radish in water for too long, it will lose its texture and taste.
(I think you can soak it within 5 minutes and wash it twice.)
I think the seasoned daikon is the best when dried red pepper leaves are in it..
I think I can replace it with chives that don't have dried pepper leaves, but it tasted a little less.
It's better not to eat Chinese food.. With our produce..
