The ingredients for braised tofu are simple, right? If you are preparing for the practical test, cut off all the tofu machines and cut them into 8 pieces, 3cm wide, 4.5cm long, and 0.8cm thick.

Put the prepared tofu on a kitchen towel to remove moisture and sprinkle a little bit of salt. Spread the green onion on one side and finely chop it into 2-3cm long pieces. Chop some garlic and green onions finely.
Seasoning: 2T soy sauce, 1T sugar, minced garlic.Green onion, pepper, sesame salt, sesame oil

Seasoned tofu is cooked in a heated pan and cooked until golden.
STEP 4/6
Put the chopped tofu in a pot and boil it over high heat with 1/2 of the sauce prepared in 120ml of water.
STEP 5/6
When the sauce is reduced in half, pour the remaining seasoning on it, turn off the low heat, and prepare the garnish (chae sunpa).Put them on one by one and boil them until there are 3 tablespoons of sauce left.
*Braised tofu is usually boiled with red pepper powder in the above method. (Seasoning sauce: 3T flavored soy sauce, 5T bottled water, 2T red pepper powder).I added garlic and boiled it down.)
