Salmon pancake with a lot of wild chives
I've been putting in a lot of wild chives these days. I made dallae soy sauce, mixed rice, cooked soybean paste stew, and seasoned raw, and made jeon with salmon cans that came to the Lunar New Year as a snack for holiday snacks.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Sieve 2 100g salmon cans to drain the oil.
STEP 2/7
Wash the dallae clean and pat the roots lightly with a bat.
STEP 3/7
Put the oil-free language can in a big bowl and cut a handful of wild chives. Salmon and dallae are almost 1:1.
STEP 4/7
Then add 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of pancake powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt and knead it so that it is well coagulated.
STEP 5/7
And take a big spoonful of dough and make it round and fluffy.
STEP 6/7
Grease a heated pan and fry it in front and back.
STEP 7/7
I dipped it in the soya sauce made with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of boiled anchovy kelp, 1/2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 3 tablespoons of minced dalae, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon of sesame seeds, and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. I added one more spring flavor for salmon dalaejeon.
