STEP 1/10
I prepared bean sprouts, fish cake, carrot salad, and onions. There's no onion in the picture, but I put it in later.
STEP 2/10
I chopped the fish cake into thin slices.
STEP 3/10
I also shredded carrots and onions.
STEP 4/10
The bean sprouts were boiled with a lid and washed in cold water to enhance the crunchy texture.
STEP 5/10
Fish cakes were made soft by blanching them slightly in boiling water or pouring hot water.
STEP 6/10
Put blanched bean sprouts, chopped green onions, minced garlic, salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl and mix them well.
STEP 7/10
Pour some cooking oil on the heated pan and stir-fry the onions. If it becomes transparent
STEP 8/10
I put in the carrot and stir-fried it. If this process is annoying, it's good to just put bean sprouts and blanched fish cakes and season them.
STEP 9/10
Put onion, stir-fried carrot, blanched fish cake, and seasoned bean sprouts in a bowl and mix them evenly.
STEP 10/10
When plain but somewhat bland bean sprouts and fish cakes rich in savory, salty, and sweet taste meet, everyone's favorite side dishes are completed. It's more delicious than just bean sprouts and more delicious than just stir-fried fish cakes. I think it's a combination that complements the texture that the two ingredients don't have and upgrades the taste. First of all, the children eat well, eat vegetables, eat delicious fish cakes, and it is a dish of three birds with one stone.
