Wash the blanched cabbage with cold water.

Squeeze the water out of the cabbage and add the prepared seasoning
Mix it well.

If you sprinkle sesame seeds, it's delicious and simple seasoned egg cabbage is completed.
The cabbage is savory and sweet, so I wanted to eat it bored, so I added only a spoon of fish sauce. You can add more. If you don't like fish sauce, you should season it with salt.
When blanching cabbage, blanching it slightly makes it more savory and sweet and texture better.
