STEP 1/7
First, make chicken broth: Cut the chicken by parts and boil it with your bones - so the broth is much stronger. I think 2.5 to 3 liters of water is appropriate, but adjust it properly while cooking! Cut carrots, celery, onions, etc. into cubes and add other ingredients. When it boils, lower the heat to medium low and simmer for more than 30 minutes
STEP 2/7
Drain the chicken and strain the broth. It's a bit oily, so it's good to remove some oil from the broth
STEP 3/7
When the chicken is cold enough to trim, tear it along the grain and prepare it into bite-sized pieces
STEP 4/7
Pour a little oil into the pan and stir-fry the carrots, celery, and onions cut into 1.5-2cm squares. About 4-5 minutes until the hard carrots are a little soft?
STEP 5/7
Pour in the chicken broth that was filtered from the front
STEP 6/7
Add the shredded chicken, season with salt and pepper, add a tablespoon of parsley powder and simmer for 5-10 minutes
STEP 7/7
Noodles are perfect if you use soft pasta noodles - it's good, but I don't want to go buy them, so I'll just use regular pasta noodles at home -!! Break it once or twice and boil it for another 10 minutes until the noodles are cooked. Lastly, taste it and adjust it with salt!
In foreign countries, it is a bowl of food that is famous for healing your body and mind when you are sick due to a cold! You can add macaroni or fusili instead of noodles, and use noodles as noodles at home, regardless of the type!
