STEP 1/12
Beat 5 eggs in a bowl, then add 1 spoon of Parmesan cheese powder and mix.
STEP 2/12
Add 1/3 cup of milk and mix it well
STEP 3/12
Lastly, add a pinch of salt and season it. As you can see in the picture, the cheese doesn't dissolve completely, but it doesn't matter^^
STEP 4/12
I cut onions, carrots, sausages, and green onions little by little. (The white thing inside the sausage is a sausage with cheese.)^^)
STEP 5/12
Put some cooking oil in the frying pan and start frying carrots, onions, and sausages first.
STEP 6/12
When the carrots are half cooked, add green onions and mix them
STEP 7/12
Pour the pre-made egg water here.
STEP 8/12
Put the lid on the frying pan...Heat over low heat for 15 minutes.
STEP 9/12
It depends on the gas stove's heat, but...The weakest power in my house is this...I heated it for 15 minutes.
STEP 10/12
If you look at it after 15 minutes, the lid will be full of water Open the lid and wipe it off with a dry towel. Then turn off the gas and cover it again and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
STEP 11/12
It's very soft to the inside, and it's cooked well!!!
STEP 12/12
Milk goes in and melts gently like pudding. The scent of Parmesan cheese adds a subtle flavor. Even if it looks simple, it is a fritata that is much more nutritious and filling than fancy brunch.
You can use any vegetables you have at home.
You can make spinach pretata/potato pretata with spinach and potatoes
Please make sure to put milk in it!!!!
If the milk doesn't go in, it becomes a dry pretata. Milk determines the taste^^
It's good to eat for breakfast
It's good for brunch, too!!!
It can be served with a glass of milk or an Americano.
