It's really easy to make fresh kimchi. Cold cabbage doesn't need to be pickled separately, so it doesn't take long, and I think it's good because you can eat it right away without cooking I added glutinous rice paste because it smelled green, but you can take it out according to your preference or season it with salt instead of fish sauce. The seasoning goes well with the leaves of the frozen cabbage because it's moist when you take a bite, so your mouth feels cool, crunchy, and fresh. This is why I like spring.
