STEP 1/10
Boil 1 carrot, 1T of sugar, and enough water to soak the carrot in a pot to make carrot broth.
* I personally think it can be omitted because the corn is seasoned.I'll cook again next time, so make it as simple as possible
STEP 2/10
While the broth is boiling, prepare sweet corn, slice garlic and shred onion.
STEP 3/10
Stir-fry the drained sweet corn with 1T of butter, bring to a boil with carrot stock, and grind to a hand blender (put in a bowl after completion)
STEP 4/10
Add one and a half bowls of rice, a can of chili tuna, and 1T of mayonnaise for two people and mix them together.
STEP 5/10
Fry sliced garlic in oil. Mix it with the red pepper tuna rice in Step 4.
STEP 6/10
Put starch on shredded onions and fry them in oil. (Waiting after completion)
* If it's hard to fry, I think it's okay to stir-fry onions.
STEP 7/10
Spread plastic wrap, put seasoned rice, roll it in a circle, and bake it in an oiled pan.
* There was a baking machine, so I used this to bake it back and forth.
STEP 8/10
Put a sauce made of 2T soy sauce, 1T cooking wine, and 1T butter in a rice ball and boil it down. (Put rice on top of corn soup after completion)
STEP 9/10
Mix 2T of tomato sauce, 1/2T of lemon juice, 1T of olive oil, a little salt and a little pepper to make the sauce, then season with fried onions.
STEP 10/10
Put sweet corn soup > baked rice balls in a bowl > Put fried onions on the sauce and it's done
It's a combination of savory corn corn and salty chili tuna fried rice with garlic.
If it's hard to fry onion and garlic, I think it'll be okay to stir-fry it.~
