Chinese-style boiled dumplings
You can make Chinese chives dumplings quickly because the ingredients are simple. All I need is ground meat and chives.

  • Steamed beef
  • Pork and minced meat
  • the skin of skin
  • Sesame oil
  • Cooking oil
  • Water
  • leek
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare dumpling skin, chives, ground beef, ground pork, cooking oil, sesame oil, onions, garlic, pepper, and soy sauce.
STEP 2/6
Cut all the ingredients finely.
STEP 3/6
Add a little bit of cooking oil to the ground meat and mix it with wooden chopsticks to stir the meat to dissolve.
STEP 4/6
Add chives and all the ingredients and rot evenly. Let's use salt for seasoning and soy sauce.

If the filling is made, make dumplings.

I made a dumpling shape by making wrinkles in Chinese style.
I'm going to freeze it and then boil it, steam it, and fried it. Chinese dumplings do not contain tofu and eggs, so instead add water and cooking oil and mix them with wooden chopsticks until the meat is tender.
