STEP 1/3
I used Marsala Wine to make beef stew.
Masala wine is an Italian wine with a strong alcohol content and has a deep, smoky flavor.

Let's make a dish~
1) Place the beef on a kitchen towel to remove the blood, and cut the potatoes into large pieces.
2) Cut carrots, celery, and onions into bite-size pieces.
3) Place all ingredients in a throw cooker and add the sauce. And simmer for 7 hours at a low temperature.
STEP 3/3
4) In order to thicken the soup in 3, add 2 tablespoons of starch powder to 1/2 cup water, put it in a slow cooker, and boil it for 1 hour.
