Making whipped cream
1. Put cream in a bowl, add sugar, mix it at low speed, and when it bubbles, increase the speed to medium speed.
2. Turn the whisk to medium speed for 5-10 minutes.
3. When you dip the whipped cream with a whisk, it doesn't flow down and it looks like a triangle.

Doing icing
1st floor whipped cream > fruit cocktail > whipped cream
Please icing the second floor as well.
STEP 6/10
When the sand is completed using a spatula, turn the wheel and apply the top > sides.
You can use a plastic cake knife temporarily when you don't have a speculator.
STEP 7/10
Clean up what's on the spinning wheel and choose the win-side.
STEP 8/10
Use a piping bag to decorate the edges.
* If the whipped cream doesn't look good, put the cake and whipped cream in the freezer for about 10 minutes and shape it.
STEP 9/10
Sprinkle some strawberry blusher chocolate and decorate it.
STEP 10/10
Poke the floor quickly with a spatula and carefully lift it up and place it on the pedestal.
* Spellers and spinning wheels make icing more convenient.
