Simple japchae rice golden recipe (including japchae recipe)
Golden recipe for japchae + japchae rice!!! Just add this much~ I won't buy it outside Awesome! A bowl of recipes are revealed!! One frying pan is enough

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
First of all, boil the noodles The noodles are hard When they are cooked enough, take them out in a strainer and rinse them in cold water to remove moisture. (Reason for rinsing in cold water: For elasticity of noodles, not seasoned)

Stir-fry chopped carrots with oil in a pan, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and then add onions when the carrot changes color

I put oil on the pan and stir-fry shiitake mushrooms Add a pinch of salt

In a pan with remaining carrot and mushroom scents, add oil and pork, add a pinch of salt and pepper in the middle and stir-fry until cooked

Grease a pan and stir-fry 1 to 2 tablespoons of minced garlic

When garlic starts to smell, add the glass noodles and add a little more oil to make it glossy + Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and stir-fry it for about 30 seconds. (If you don't have it, you can use regular soy sauce.)

Put all the data into the stir-fried glass noodles + 2 tablespoons of brewed soy sauce, check if it is seasoned, add 1.3 tablespoons of sugar, and stir-fry it quickly

If you add sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds, it takes 15 minutes to finish

Boil 1.5 cups of water (based on paper cups) and add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 2 tablespoon of chili oil. When it boils, add Cheongyang red pepper (to your taste), sesame oil, and sesame seeds

    I didn't know I could make the taste of Chinese japchae rice this simple. I added frozen tteokgalbi because there was no meat, but it tastes better and tastes better. ^^ Thank you for the recipe :)
