Bacon Shrimp Salted Pasta
It was a pasta dish that came out in the unreleased recipe of Chef Baek. Salted seafood actually goes well with pasta. I really like pollack roe pasta. But I didn't put in salted shrimp, so I was curious. That's also oil pasta. Oh, but it was a pasta that went really well with beer. The taste of beer and wine. It's salty but the fork keeps grinding. an enchanting temptation. Decide on bacon pasta, not chicken.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/17
Take out the thick bacon you bought at Dongwon Mall and prepare salted shrimp and vegetables for pasta.
STEP 2/17
When you make oil pasta, you must add garlic and cheongyang red pepper. I added green onions. I always put these three in when I make oil pasta.
It helps with the greasiness. They're important spices.
STEP 3/17
Dongwon Thick Bacon Purchased at Dongwon Mall. I often use it when I make kimchi fried rice or sandwich pasta. It reminds me of the bacon I had in Hawaii.
STEP 4/17
As expected, meat has a good chewing taste, and it has more meat than fat, so it is thick and chewy.
STEP 5/17
I'll start cooking right away. First, boil pasta noodles. The basic recipe is 1.8 liters and 1 tablespoon of salt. You can boil it up to two servings. I'm going to boil it for 8 minutes and cook it. Unlike other pasta, the cooking process of oil pasta is short, so it's weird to cook the noodles with al dente because it's undercooked. Of course, if you like the undercooked noodles in Italian style, you can boil them for 6 minutes. And when it's done, strain it through a sieve, add 1 tablespoon of oil, and mix it gently. You know you can't rinse it in cold water. Pasta noodles are not seasoned at all, so you have to season them with salt.
STEP 6/17
Cook bacon first in a heated frying pan while boiling noodles. I like bacon, so I added one more from the recipe I used to make. It was a bit salty. The original recipe tastes good. Of course, if you're using thin bacon, you need two slices. This is thick bacon.
STEP 7/17
First, cook it until it's golden brown
STEP 8/17
Drain and cut with scissors to make it easy to make it easy to eat.
STEP 9/17
Wipe the pan with a kitchen towel, then add olive oil, add garlic and cheongyang red pepper, cook until golden brown, then add bacon and 1/2 teaspoon salted shrimp.
STEP 10/17
Cook over medium heat, not high heat. For your information, the fire in my house is a bit strong.
STEP 11/17
Add green onions
STEP 12/17
When the green onion is out of breath, add the boiled pasta noodles
STEP 13/17
Please put in 1/2 cup noodles.
STEP 14/17
Please stir-fry it on high heat.
STEP 15/17
It tastes a bit moist. It's done when it's slightly boiled down.
STEP 16/17
Bacon salted shrimp pasta with a good combination of salty bacon flavor and salted shrimp is complete. It really goes well with beer. The moment you eat it, you crave beer. I knew that the combination of pork and salted shrimp is good, but I didn't expect it to taste good.
STEP 17/17
How to eat it: Put bacon and garlic on a spoon and put the rolled pasta noodles on top and take a bite. It's delicious. Draw it. I can't eat without beer because it's salty. A can of beer is perfect for one plate.

It's so good. It's not greasy when I pre-baked the bacon. It was refreshing, including the parmalade pepper and salted shrimp I changed the smell of my daughter, who only ate carbonara
