Whole garlic chicken breast toast
Chicken breast is what I eat the most when I'm on a diet. If you're tired of dry chicken breasts, how about whole garlic chicken breast toast? After baking it in the oven, it loses all the fat, and you can eat it much healthier because you use vegetables and garlic.

Cooking Steps

First, cut the whole garlic in half. Cut paprika, broccoli, and chicken breast into small pieces.

Stir-fry garlic and chicken breast in an oiled pan, then stir-fry broccoli and paprika. Think of it as removing the moisture from the vegetables and stir-fry it in moderately. We're going to bake it in the oven in a little bit and cook it thoroughly.
