No oven baking sweet potato bread
Super simple no-oven baking sweet potato bread. It's healthier sweet potato bread because it doesn't have flour, butter, and sugar.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Mash the ripe sweet potatoes while they are hot. If it is not sweet, add oligosaccharide or honey. I didn't add sugar because the sweet potato was sweet. Add 2 tablespoons of milk to dry chestnut sweet potatoes.

I'm only going to use the white of the egg, so please separate it and prepare it. I used 2 egg whites based on 2 fist sizes of sweet potatoes.

I can make it easily with a meringue whisk, but my arm hurts a little if I don' I used a mini whisk and finished it off with a regular egg whisk. I finished making meringue faster than I thought.

Make the meringue at a concentration that doesn't fall off the bowl.
