Braised tofu
Tofu is good as an ingredient because you can cook various things. It's delicious just by grilling it in perilla oil. Today, I made good braised tofu as a side dish. I made it even more delicious by putting it on top. It's easy to make braised tofu, so it's good to make it as a side dish.

Cooking Steps

It comes out a lot these days. It's really good even if you put dallae instead of green onions in braised tofu.

First, cut tofu into bite-size pieces.

I put oil in the frying pan, put tofu, and season it with salt. If you do this, the tofu gets hard. I made about a head of tofu.

I also use green onions and chives in the stewed tofu sauce, but I used wild chives, which are in season these days. I really like the scent of dalae.

Seasoning is soy sauce 3, red pepper powder half spoon, sugar half spoon, sesame oil, sesame seeds. It's good if you add a little bit of sugar. You can increase the amount of red pepper powder or sugar to suit your taste.

Fry tofu back and forth over medium heat until golden brown.

If you like to cook tofu thoroughly, you can cook it for a longer time, and if you like soft ones, you can cook it slightly.

Braised tofu with seasoned dalae is complete. Today, I'm going to cook it softly. It's delicious even if you fry it crispy and put the sauce on top. There's no other ingredient like tofu as a side dish. It's light, so it's good to make side dishes.
