STEP 1/10
I made cream sauce by mixing cream and milk half and half, but you can stir-fry flour in butter and add milk to make cream sauce. I'll do it easily. Since it is a cream dumpling, it can be greasy, so I added 3 small dried peppers. It tastes spicy and creamy.
STEP 2/10
Add salt to boiling water and blanch broccoli and rinse in boiling water.
STEP 3/10
Chop the onion and garlic and cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces. I put in two, but there's only bacon left. Add bacon only if you like it.
STEP 4/10
In a heated pan, stir-fry minced garlic and crushed dried peppers until the garlic flavor rises. You can break the small dried peppers by hand and put them in. It smells really spicy.
STEP 5/10
Add chopped onion and bacon and stir-fry until bacon is cooked.
STEP 6/10
Add whipped cream and milk and bring to a boil.
STEP 7/10
When the concentration is thick enough, add frozen dumplings and simmer until thickened. If it's cooked too much, it doesn't taste good, and I think it's good if there's some soup. Season with salt and pepper, please.
STEP 8/10
Lastly, add cheese powder
STEP 9/10
Add blanched broccoli and stir in. The cheese powder has a strong salty taste, so don't season it too hard from the beginning.
STEP 10/10
It tastes like cream pasta and dumplings. Anyway, I'm thinking about where the frozen dumpling dish ends, and next time, I'm going to make a spicy dumpling over rice dish. If you like cream pasta, you'll probably be satisfied with this too. Make sure to add sweet dried peppers. The greasy taste disappears and the spicy taste becomes palatable.
