STEP 1/10
There are a lot of dallae coming out these days. It's good if you add bean sprouts when you season them.
STEP 2/10
It's a bean sprout radish soup that you always boil when you season bean sprouts. Slice the radish and lay it on the bottom of the pot.
STEP 3/10
Put washed bean sprouts on top of it. I washed a bag of bean sprouts and put it in the pot.
STEP 4/10
You can boil it with water until the bean sprouts are soaked. Bean sprouts don't have a crunchy taste when boiled for a long time. Bean sprouts smell like beans when opened in the middle of the lid. Please open it after it boils.
STEP 5/10
When it boils up, open the lid and press lightly with a spoon to soak the bean sprouts. Bring to a boil for a minute or two, then take out the seasoned bean sprouts. I season 90% of them with bean sprouts and leave 10% for radish soup.
STEP 6/10
Add minced garlic, dallae, and bean sprouts and mix them.
STEP 7/10
If you season the remaining bean sprout radish with minced garlic and salt, it's done. It's simple.
STEP 8/10
I added salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds and seasoned them. Since there are children, they season it not spicy once and season it with red pepper powder once.
STEP 9/10
If you mix it gently, it's over.
STEP 10/10
It's slightly blanched and crunchy and delicious seasoned bean sprouts. Instead of green onions, it has a good scent and is delicious. If you blanch bean sprouts and season them, the crunchy taste is really good. It's delicious even if you put it in bibimbap and it's good as a simple side dish. Next time, I'll add red pepper powder and season it spicyly.
