I used the leftover fish cake cheese egg roll
I bought 10,000 won worth of fish cake bars, and I got tired of eating them, so I used the leftover fish cake bars to make hot bar cheese egg rolls.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Sprinkle a little bit of salt on the bowl.
I chopped the onions and green onions.
(You can add carrots, bell peppers, spinach, and perilla leaves. If you like spicy food, please add a cheongyang pepper.)
STEP 2/10
Wash the fish cake and perilla leaves, drain, and prepare sliced cheese.
STEP 3/10
Mix the onions and green onions in a bowl.
You can use salted shrimp or salted shrimp soup.
Cheese and hot bar have salty taste, so I didn't put in a lot.

Heat the pan over medium heat with 1 spoonful of olive oil.
And change it to level one.
(If you hesitate to put a garnish on top, it will burn like the picture below.)

Cover a heated pan with olive oil and pour in the vegetables and egg mixture.
Then, turn the pan once so that the egg mixture is evenly covered.

Place perilla leaves, slice cheese, and hot bar on top of egg mixture.
(Two to three slices of cheese would be good for you to do it lightly. vary according to fan criteria.)
You can cut it in half and put it on top.
Square fish cakes or round fish cakes are also fine.

Use two spatula to gently roll it.
STEP 8/10
The hot bar is round, so if you roll it gently, it rolls well.
Add 2 eggs and roll it again.
Since I'm doing it while taking pictures... It's burnt;;;

After putting it on the cutting board, cool the omelet and cut it.
That way, the egg roll is cut prettier.
(But I cut it suddenly.)

I'm done.
Maybe it's because the eggs are rolled up after they're cooked, but it's a shame that they're not stuck together It is recommended to roll faster than the picture.
