[Cheonggukjang-jjigae] Simple and delicious cheonggukjang-jjigae

  • Cheonggukjang
    1mass
  • Kimchi
    1handful
  • leek
    1ea
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    1ea
  • Tofu
    1/2piece
  • Red pepper powder
    1ts
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Get about two-thirds of the pot water
Please boil it.
Prepare the ingredients while the water boils.
STEP 2/6
One green onion and one hot pepper
Chop it up, please.
Tofu, say something with your thumb
Cut it into small pieces.
Please cut a handful of kimchi.
Cheonggukjang prepared a commercial batch.

When the water boils, add tofu
I'll put all the ingredients except for that
I'll boil it.
Beat in the chunks of cheonggukjang.
