I made a cheese spicy tuna egg roll with 7 eggs :)
During lunch time, I used all the ingredients in the office to make rolled omelet.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/20
Prepare the ingredients.
(There are 6 eggs in the picture, but I used 7 eggs.)
STEP 2/20
Cut the green onions and shred them.
(It's better to add onions, peppers, carrots, and other vegetables. I don't have it ;)
STEP 3/20
Beat in three eggs, please.
There are two in the picture, but there are a lot of green onions, so I added an extra egg.
If you have pepper, add it 1-2 times.
(I couldn't put it in because I didn't have it at home. You can add salted shrimp instead of salt.)

Add green onions to egg mixture and mix.
STEP 5/20
Sprinkle olive oil or grape seed oil in pan.
(1 to 2 spoons is enough.)
STEP 6/20
Pour the mixture of 3 eggs and green onions into the pan.
(I'm a coward, so I set the fire to level 1:)

bok choy on top? maybe not..
I recommend perilla leaves.
(The texture was better.)
Even if you put seaweed on it, the quality is good when it's completed :)
I put sliced cheese on the grass and emptied the oil in the can of spicy tuna.

While the egg is being cooked, put 2 eggs in a bowl for the next egg roll and beat them.

Put the vegetables, cheese, and canned tuna on the pan
Please roll it up :)
I didn't have a flip at work ;; I rolled it with my left hand and spatula :)

Please turn it around like that.

Please turn it over again in 30 seconds.
Beat in 2 eggs in a bowl.

Add the egg mixture to the rolled omelet.

Roll it again with a fritter tender and left hand.
(I couldn't shape it well because I was taking pictures. But since you repeat it twice, you just have to make the last pretty.)

Then, beat 2 eggs, put them in a pan, and roll them over low heat.
STEP 15/20
Curl it as much as you can.
Remove from heat in pan and cook egg roll over heat.

Please cook the sides by hand.

Place the cold egg roll on the cutting board and cut it.

Place the cut egg roll on a plate.

If you have sliced cheese left, put it in between the hot egg rolls
You can taste the rich cheese :)

Eggs are cooked well by the heat of the egg roll.
