Sift the flour through a sieve.

Why isn't it bubbling at first..I think that's why I used the hand mixer for a long time.
Then, it suddenly became foamy.
If there is foam, change the hand mixer to low speed and kill the bubbles over there.
If there's a lot of air bubbles, a hole will form when you bake.

Now add the pre-filled flour and stir well.

Add the melted butter and mix well.
If the butter is too cold, it will sink down, so you need to add some warm butter.

When you're done with the dough, put parchment paper on the bread mold and pour it nicely to prepare for baking.

I baked at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.(It may vary from oven to oven, so adjust it as you watch.)
I baked it like that, and the surface is too baked, so I'm going to bake it at 175 degrees when I cook it on the wall.

I had to icing, but I was worried that if my stomach was too big, I wouldn't put up strawberries or anything like that.

Anyway, the baggy part is going to go down, so I turned it upside down, took it out of the bread mold, and cooled it down, and the baggy part became flat.

When the Xenuaz is done, let it cool enough.
We need to put whipped cream and strawberries between the breads, so use a bread knife to divide them into three.

Cake decoration ingredients (raw cream & strawberry): 200ml of whipped cream, 20ml of milk, 30g of sugar, strawberry moderately...
Fresh cream tastes good for Seoul Milk or Denmark.
If you like whipped cream, I really like coffee bean whipped cream
If you want whipped cream that tastes like that, it's good to buy Seoul Milk or Danish.

If you add 10% of the milk of the whipped cream, it is said to be much more savory, softer, and less greasy..
Put all that amount of ingredients in a bowl, and this time I'm going to put a cold bowl underneath and turn the hand mixer.
Fresh cream is sensitive to temperature, so you have to cool it to prevent separation and make a tight cream.
I put a big bowl full of ice and a small ball into it and turned the hand mixer.

It hasn't been long since I turned the hand mixer, and a completely white whipped cream was made.
Taste it with your fingers.

Now spread the whipped cream on the bread and place the sliced strawberries on it.
