Making garaetteok tteokbokki like a Busan bridge restaurant
I reproduced the tteokbokki from Busan Bridge Restaurant Simply, it's very, very delicious!

  • Bar rice cake
    2ea
  • anchovy broth
    little
  • square fish cake
    2piece
  • leek
    1ea
  • red pepper paste
    2T
  • Soy sauce
    2T
  • Oligosaccharide
    2T
  • Red pepper powder
    1T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Make anchovy broth with 600 to 800ml water and anchovies again.
STEP 2/6
Cut the green onion into big pieces, and cut the fish cake into triangle shapes!
STEP 3/6
When the broth starts to boil, add the rice cake first
Boil the rice cake until it's soft
(I did this work because the bar rice cake was hard, but if it's not hard, it's better to do it for about 2 minutes.)
STEP 4/6
Add red pepper paste 2, soy sauce 2, oligosaccharide 2, red pepper powder 1 and boil tteokbokki.
Oh, by the way!
Before adding seasoning, remove anchovies ^^
STEP 5/6
If you cut the sauce evenly on the rice cake
Add green onion and fish cake and bring to a boil as if cooking the soup.

It's better to have soft rice cakes if possible!
