I used two small peppers

Slice half the garlic and Cheongyang red pepper.
I also like the texture of egg garlic, so I stir-fried half of the garlic without cutting it,

The boiling water of the noodles is so salty,
Pour a tablespoon of salt into the water,

Boil the noodles to the size of a 500 won coin.
Boiled time is indicated on the wrapping paper.
I boiled it in water for 8 minutes.

While boiling the noodles, stir-fry the egg garlic on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
I used about 5 tablespoons of olive oil.

When the garlic is golden brown,
Stir-fry garlic and cheongyang red pepper for 1 to 2 minutes again.

1~2 ladle of boiled water, half a large bottle of anchovy sauce,
Then add the boiled noodles and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Roll the pasta into a plate in the shape of a nest,
