Making a delicious vegetable porridge that is easy to eat

Cooking Steps

Use a hand mixer to grind vegetables.

Put 3 to 4 drops of sesame oil in a pan and start to stir-fry gently over low heat.

Make a simple broth while stir-frying vegetables. Put three times as much water as rice in a pot and add three to four pieces of kelp.

Add 1/2 spoon of vegetable powder, too. (Optional)

Boil it. Once it boils, remove the kelp, turn off the heat, and wait for a while.

Turn off the heat and cool the well-fried vegetables.

It's time to make porridge. Put 1 ton of sesame oil in the pot.

Spread the rice evenly on the bottom of the pot. The fire is about medium heat.

If you wait a little bit, you hear TikTok and the rice starts to get pressed. Don't let it burn, but let it press down moderately.

When the bottom is slightly pressed, pour in the broth.

Pour about 2.5 times the amount of rice.

If you add the broth, cover it, and boil it, the rice grains gradually spread and the broth decreases. From this point on, stir well so that the bottom doesn't get pressed.

When the rice grains are crushed, add the stir-fried vegetables and mix them to finish.
It's possible with 0.5 bowls of rice. Anchovies are good to make broth, but I skipped anchovies that can smell fishy because my stomach is really upset :) If you have nurungji, you can use it. Eat it with soy sauce, sesame oil, and pickled cabbage.
