STEP 1/9
Prepare 6 bundles of perilla leaves (about 60 to 70), half a carrot, and half an onion. Carrots and onions are optional, so please prepare as much as you like
STEP 2/9
Wash perilla leaves to remove moisture.
STEP 3/9
Slice the onion very thinly
STEP 4/9
I prepared half of the carrots, but I only used half of them. Shred very thinly.
STEP 5/9
Add all the seasoning and mix it
STEP 6/9
They prepared onions and carrots, too!!
STEP 7/9
Spread a piece of sesame leaf and spread the sauce
STEP 8/9
Apply the sauce to the one you put on top of the other sheet without applying it. (If you eat it right away, you can apply it one by one, but if it's salted, it can be salty, so please put one more sheet on top of it and apply it on top of it.)
STEP 9/9
If you take it up one by one and put the sauce on it, it's complete. It's very easy and simple. LOL The taste is also the best
6 bundles of perilla leaves are 60-70 pieces.
If you're going to add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, it's deliciouslol
When you eat it for a long time, if you add sesame oil, the taste changes as you go back and forth from the refrigerator
