Blanch the broccoli slightly. Carrots, onions, and broccoli are prepared by chopping them using a mini cutter.

Sift the salmon can and remove the oil.

Mash the de-oiled salmon. You can mash it with a spoon. Add chopped vegetables, too.

Add 1 egg and a spoonful of curry powder rice. For your information, I didn't season it separately.

Please make salmon meatballs in a size that is good to eat round. And you can roll it in starch.

Grease a pan and cook the salmon ball rolled in starch. Salmon is canned, so you only need to cook eggs, so cook them on low heat. That way, the meatball is cooked well. Cover the lid in the middle to help it ripen.

When the meatballs are ready, add a spoonful of soy sauce

Add a spoonful of oligosaccharide. When the sauce boils slightly, season the meatballs evenly. I put the pre-boiled peas in the end and seasoned them together.
