STEP 1/3
Ingredients: sea bream head, kkari pepper, radish, (cho) ginger, and shiitake mushrooms.
STEP 2/3
Let's touch the ingredients! Remove the scales from the sea bream. If you blanch it a little, it's hygienic and scales are easily removed. Remove the top of the pepper and scratch the shiitake mushrooms to make them look pretty. Shred the ginger thinly. A bite-sized radish! Tip If you make the edges round, the seasoning gets soaked better.
STEP 3/3
It's a picture of how to cook Soy sauce was Japanese style soy sauce! First, I cooked radish in water with a little soy sauce. Add sea bream, water, sugar, rice wine, and radish, make a foil shape and boil it. Tip It doesn't spill at all compared to the pot lid. When it boils, add soy sauce. I boiled it 1/3 more, took out the foil, put in the pepper and shiitake mushrooms, and boiled it. Tip For texture, you can put it in at the end. According to my personal preference~ Squeeze the ginger and put it on top. This is how I made braised sea bream head. Braised sea bream, which is good for relieving fatigue and is also low-fat high-protein! Doesn't it look so delicious?
