Cooking Steps

First, wash the mushrooms in water and then wash them.

And blanch it in boiling water.Squeeze the blanched mushrooms and place them on a sieve.

Make the sauce while the mushrooms drain. Add 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, half a tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, 1 tablespoon of plum juice, half a tablespoon of minced garlic, and half a tablespoon of sesame oil and make the sauce. I added the mushroom powder that I introduced to you last time.

Add the sauce to the drained oyster mushroom. Even if I use a pack of mushrooms, it's less than I thought.

Put on plastic gloves and season well.

Put oil on low heat and stir-fry it. You can add chopped green onions. The mushrooms are already blanched, so just stir-fry them until the sauce is cooked.
