Add 3 spoons of sugar, 1/2 spoon of soy sauce, and water in the same amount as sugar. Adjust the amount of sugar and water according to the amount of rice cake. When the sugar melts naturally and boils up, add the rice cakes and add 1 spoon of cooking oil to prevent the rice cakes from sticking together. Lastly, add nuts and mix them well. That's it
