Cut a head of tofu into bite-size pieces.

Sprinkle lightly with salt and drain on kitchen towel.

In the meantime, make the sauce. Prepare onions and cheongyang peppers by cutting them into small pieces and add minced garlic and chopped green onions.

Add water, soy sauce, red pepper powder, pepper, sesame oil, pepper, and sesame seeds to complete the seasoning. (Taste it and make it to your taste)

Grease a pan and place tofu on top.

Please grill it until it's golden brown.

Put the sauce on top of it. Add a little more water, then simmer over low heat.

When the sauce boils, drop the egg and cover it.

After about 10 minutes, when the top of the egg turns white, it is complete.
If you want to eat braised tofu with its own sauce, pour in enough sauce. The sauce shouldn't be too salty at this time, so make it with more water.
