STEP 1/9
It's perfect if you soak it in water before you sleep and make it in the morning!!
STEP 2/9
When I woke up in the morning, bracken gained weight. You have to boil it until the water boils. You can adjust the boiling time little by little depending on the condition of the bracken, but I only boiled it for two to three minutes after the water boils.
STEP 3/9
And take a shower in cold water. Rinse it in running water.
STEP 4/9
If there's too much bracken, you can put it in a plastic pack and keep it frozen, so you can eat it more easily next time. ^^ When I blanch bracken, I freeze about half of it and put it in when I make yukgaejang later
STEP 5/9
Drain ferns, drain and season in pan. First, a tablespoon and a half of perilla oil
