Ingredients
  • seaweed fulvescens
    1ea
  • Oyster
    1handful
  • crushed garlic
    1TS
  • Sesame oil
  • Korean style soy sauce
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
First, rinse the seaweed and drain it, then cut it into the right size. Seaweed, which is released as soon as it goes in the water, can be washed little by little by little.
STEP 2/3
Prepare the kelp stock or just boil the water. Stir-fry minced garlic and oysters with sesame oil and a spoonful of salty sauce (soy sauce or fish sauce). When the oysters are cooked, add the boiled broth until it is slightly submerged.
STEP 3/3
When it boils, taste it, add a little more salt or soy sauce, and drop a little bit of sesame oil! Point. Boil it all and do not cover it (before it cools) when it is hot. Even while it's boiling!! The reason is that seaweed is loosened and turns yellow-green instead of blue.
You can use fish sauce instead of soy sauce. Seaweed is likely to steam, but it doesn't steam even when boiled, so be careful when you eat it! ^^
