Stir-fry cabbage for a while in a medium heat pan with very little oil, then add 3-4 tbsp of water, then wrap the lid and let stand for 2-3 minutes. It's a more convenient way to stir-fry it over a fire.

If you want to freeze and store the remaining dumplings, keep them frozen for about 2 hours on a plate, freeze them, and then put them back in a zipper pack and store them in the freezer. You have to freeze it like this so that it doesn't stick to each other!
