Fried dumplings with pork and cabbage
I made my own version of "Kuotie", a Chinese fried dumpling with pork and cabbage. "Kuotie" means sticking to the pan^^;

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Stir-fry cabbage for a while in a medium heat pan with very little oil, then add 3-4 tbsp of water, then wrap the lid and let stand for 2-3 minutes. It's a more convenient way to stir-fry it over a fire.

Add all ingredients, such as pork and 1 stir-fried cabbage, and beat well. Tip: If you add a little water, you can enjoy softer meaty dumplings, so please note. It's an option!

Mix the filling with your hands, cover it with plastic wrap, and allow some time. In fact, it's a good way to prepare the filling the day before and store it in the refrigerator.

Put the filling in the dumpling skin and put egg water on the edge,

Fold it into a half-moon shape to make wrinkles. Press down tightly with your hands to make the dumpling skin stick well.

Put dumplings on a flour-sprayed plate so that they do not touch each other, and keep the remaining dumplings frozen for about 2 hours, freeze them, and put them back in a zipper pack and keep them frozen. It doesn't stick to each other when you freeze it like this.

Baking dumplings: Place the flat part of the dumplings in an oiled pan and start baking crispy over medium heat. If the fire is strong, only the floor can burn black, so be careful not to control the fire.

After 3-4 minutes, pour water, lower the heat a little bit, cover and cook again for 3-4 minutes.

Then, open the lid and cook it until all the moisture is gone, and it's done!

If you dip it in soy sauce or Chinese hot chili oil, it will double the taste^^?
If you want to freeze and store the remaining dumplings, keep them frozen for about 2 hours on a plate, freeze them, and then put them back in a zipper pack and store them in the freezer. You have to freeze it like this so that it doesn't stick to each other!
