Making Chinese Shrimp Fried Rice

Cooking Steps

The first thing to prepare is chopped green onions, crushed garlic, onions, cucumbers, and pumpkins
Fried black bean paste!!!
You have to fry the black bean paste like it's fried in oil.

To make jajang sauce first, put oil in the pan and stir-fry green onions and garlic.

It's just jajang sauce, so you don't have to add a lot of vegetables.
And unexpectedly, if you stir-fry cucumbers, they are crunchy and taste good.

We're going to make fried rice. First, stir-fry the eggs.
Put oil in a heated pan and stir-fry the beaten eggs while stirring gently with chopsticks. Add salt and pepper.

I took it out of the freezer the night before, put it in the refrigerator, and defrosted it naturally
