Sausage kimchi stew
At first, there were a lot of sausages, so I was going to add sausages and make kimchi stew, but because of that, I had two lumps of pork neck, so it became a mixed kimchi stew with tofu and everything I thought a lot about what to name it, but there was nothing to do, so I just wrote ham kimchi stew. There's nothing much to make, so please refer to it as my own recipe with everything in it. But the taste is honey.

Ingredients
  • Kimchi
  • pork neck

  • Vienna sausage
    2ea
  • Tofu

  • Red pepper powder

  • crushed garlic

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
First, cut the kimchi into bite-size pieces, put it in a pot, add some kimchi soup, and stir-fry it slightly without oil! (It doesn't burn because there is kimchi soup~)

When the kimchi is slightly cooked, cut the pork and stir-fry it together
STEP 3/6
Also, cut the sausage and add just enough water to cover it. It would be better to add broth, but it's late at night after work, so I quickly used water. (You can't put too much water.)

And add 2 spoons of red pepper powder / 1 spoon of minced garlic

Then it's almost 90% complete^^ If it's bland, please season it with salt or soy sauce. I think the salt is cleaner, but I just put in half a spoon of flavored soy sauce, and that was fine too!

Lastly, add sliced tofu and green onions! The spicy and delicious ham kimchi stew is complete. I didn't put much in it, but it was so delicious I was surprised that the kimchi was delicious even though it wasn't ripe *_* There are a lot of ingredients like this and that lol. We eat sausages, meat, tofu, and just a bowl of rice. Just kimchi stew makes you eat a bowl of rice!! I made it roughly, but I'm proud that it's delicious
