STEP 1/11
Ingredients: 1/4 head of kimchi, 100g canned tuna, 1/2 green onion, 2 cheongyang peppers
1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil or perilla oil, cooking oil
(Based on 2 servings)
Measurement is rice spoon and chopsticks.
STEP 2/11
Food with kimchi can get dirty on the cutting board, so prepare ingredients without color or soup first.
Finely trim the cheongyang peppers without removing the seeds.
STEP 3/11
Prepare 1/2 green onion by chopping it into small pieces just like when you make fried rice.
You can use one green onion.
It tastes better with more green onions^^
STEP 4/11
The last ingredient to prepare is kimchi
Prepare 1/4 head of kimchi and cut it into small pieces.
STEP 5/11
Squeeze the oil out of the can of tuna
Wait a minute!
If you squeeze too much oil, it becomes dry, so remove the oil so that there is a little bit of oil left.
STEP 6/11
Now that we're done with the ingredients, let's officially make stir-fried tuna kimchi!
Put about 5 spoons of cooking oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the chopped oil first.
(If you stir-fry the green onions first, the scallions get cut in the oil, so it tastes better.)
STEP 7/11
When green onion starts to smell, add chopped kimchi and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
If it's too dry, add a little bit of kimchi soup.
STEP 8/11
If the kimchi is cooked to a certain extent, stir-fry it with 1 spoon of sesame oil and 1 spoon of oyster sauce.
You can use either sesame oil or perilla oil!
STEP 9/11
Tuna, chopped chili pepper
STEP 10/11
Stir-fry it for another 1 to 2 minutes, and the stir-fried tuna kimchi is done!
STEP 11/11
You can stir-fry it like a side dish, but I'm going to eat it like a bowl of rice,
Prepare the essential soft-boiled eggs.
