Making apple jam using old apples
Last time, I liked the chewy taste of apple jam, but this time, it is a jam full of sweet and fresh apple scent that feels like a soft spread by grinding all the skin. Let's start with a super simple recipe to see how easy it is to make.

Ingredients
  • apple
    5ea
  • Lemon
    1ea
  • Sugar
    2cup
  • Water
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash apples and lemons thoroughly and soak them in vinegar water
STEP 2/8
Wash it in running water, remove the seeds, and cut it into appropriate sizes with the skin.
STEP 3/8
Disinfect the jam bottle in boiling water and dry it.
STEP 4/8
Grind the apples in a blender and put them in a pan
STEP 5/8
Add sugar and bring to a boil, stirring.
STEP 6/8
When it boils, add lemon juice
STEP 7/8
Simmer over low heat, stirring.
STEP 8/8
If you fill the bottle and seal it, the apple jam is complete. I can see the skin of the apple in places, but it's not chewable, so it's good to eat and the color is very pretty. Usually, I peeled off the skin to make yellow-colored jam, but since I enjoy eating apples from the skin, I think this red-colored apple jam is very pretty because it has a sour taste and I think it's good. I think it would be great to just eat crispy and fresh apples and turn them into apple jam when there is an old apple that is crumbly or wrinkled.
