STEP 1/6
Prepare 2kg of tangerine peel weight.
STEP 2/6
Grind the blender and pour it into the jam-making pot.
If you have a hard time measuring the weight, go to a blender and check the amount with a paper cup to match the amount of sugar.
STEP 3/6
Boil the ground tangerine on high heat once and then boil it over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
STEP 4/6
Add 600g of sugar and stir well so that it doesn't stick.
- It's time for patience^^
STEP 5/6
If you stir it hard, there comes a point where you feel heavy. If you boil it down a little more, it's done.
STEP 6/6
If you want to check if the jam concentration is correct, put cold water in a bowl and leave it in a lump without spreading when you drop a drop of jam.
The ratio of tangerines to sugar can be 3:1 or 2:1. Personally, 3:1 is good because it smells like tangerines and is refreshing.
I think I boiled 2kg for about an hour. The amount is cut in half and 1L of jam is served. You can cut it in half, but it's not sweet and refreshing, so I drank 1L quickly^^.
