I made a few more side dishes and prepared dinner for him, and he emptied it like a dog's eyes, and my husband said he ate it
* Vegetables with starch, such as potatoes and sweet potatoes, should be soaked in cold water to remove starch so that they do not stick to each other when stir-frying.
* If you remove the moisture from the potato, the oil won't splash when you fry it.
* To use dried shiitake mushrooms, soak them in lukewarm water, squeeze them out, and shred them.
* Blanching ham in hot water removes some additives such as pigments.
*If there is no bell pepper, you can replace it with 3 green peppers.
