STEP 1/12
I prepared nuts by pre-processing them and roasting them once in the oven. (You can prepare nuts as much as you want, and it doesn't matter if you make them with other grains or cereals~)
STEP 2/12
The bottom is oatmeal, but I don't really like the texture of oatmeal, so I ground it and used it.
STEP 3/12
In a large bowl, combine oatmeal, rice croquette, sugar, wholemeal flour, cinnamon powder, and salt.
STEP 4/12
Then, add nuts, dried fruits and chocolate chips and mix well
STEP 5/12
In another bowl, mix the eggs, starch syrup, maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla oil
STEP 6/12
Pour slowly into the prepared nutballs and mix.
STEP 7/12
I added some cereal that was at home at the last one. When you mix it all, it feels a bit thick
STEP 8/12
Fill the parchment pan thoroughly and bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for about 25 minutes.
STEP 9/12
Do not remove baked cookies from the pan until completely cooled.
STEP 10/12
Cool it hard and cut it to the right size. :) It's a good size bar to hold and eat with one hand.
STEP 11/12
The cross section looks like this. Unlike regular muesli/granola bars, it feels a little soft and chewy. I like nuts, so when I put this and that in, it became a nut bar rather than a grain bar. LOL
STEP 12/12
When you give a gift, it's pretty even if you tie it like this or wrap it individually with pretty parchment paper.
It's good to eat when you're hungry and it's good as a snack, so make sure to make it XD
I said I put in less sugar, but it felt a bit sweet. For those who don't like sweet things, I think you can lower it a little bit!
