STEP 1/7
Chop up the garlic and onion.
STEP 2/7
Peel the pollack roe and dissolve it.
STEP 3/7
Dissolve 1 tablespoon of salt in boiling water and boil spaghetti noodles. It depends on the person, but I like fully cooked noodles, so I boiled it for about 10 minutes.
STEP 4/7
Grill a slice of seaweed and break it down.
STEP 5/7
Grease a heated pan with olive oil and stir-fry crushed garlic and onions.
STEP 6/7
When the onion is cooked transparently, put the boiled spaghetti noodles, add salted pollack roe, season it with salt and pepper, and turn off the heat.
STEP 7/7
Put it on a plate and sprinkle the crushed seaweed flakes to complete a simple Japanese pollack pasta.
The pasta was a little dry because I poured all the sauce, but if you want a soft spaghetti, please boil it with a ladle of sauce.
Salted pollack roe is already seasoned, so you can add a little salt.
