4 tablespoons of red pepper powder 1 tablespoon of minced garlic 2 tablespoon of sand lance extract
Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 4 tablespoons of plum syrup, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and a little bit of sesame seeds
Mix and let stand for 10 minutes.
(It's easier to season oysters with water coming out of vegetables over time.)
