Lotus root chip salad
Lotus roots have hemostatic effects, so it is also a good ingredient for children who often have nosebleeds. But kids don't like lotus roots very much. If you cut the lotus root thinly and fry it, it's crispy and delicious, so I eat it well. I added lotus root chips and oranges to make lotus root chip salad
